A selection of three different sauces made from the back catalogue of Common Sanity ferments.

These sauces were made from paper lantern chillies grown by Cornish chillies and aged for one and a half years in a sea salt brine. They’ve been carefully blended with different flavours to create three unique sauces.

The three sauces come packaged with an info card, Common Sanity stickers and a random selection of chilli seeds that will be viable to grow next spring.

Sauce 1/3

Straight aged paper lanterns, apple cider vinegar and the chilli brine. Giving you the purest taste of the pepper and fermentation. Heat 3.5/5

Sauce 2/3

The fruity flavour of the paper lantern has been complimented by ripe mangoes and the sweetness balances the heat. A strong mix of spices including mustard and fenugreek help bring it together with a savoury flavour. Heat 2.5/5

Sauce 3/3

An old style ketchup meets hot sauce. Preserved tomatoes from the isle of white, simmered with vinegar, garlic, ginger and old school warming spices. Heat 3/5
