Bajan style super hot pepper sauce made from chillies grown in Dalston, London. Limited edition, once a year run using chillies grown by Common Sanity in an up cycled greenhouse. It’s hot, really hot... only purchase if you’re well versed in spicy foods, if not wait for a milder one to drop! Made with fresh turmeric, mustard and a fermented chilli mash from the 2020 growing season. Great mixed with mayo, brushed onto anything grilled over charcoal or added to a pot of curry. Definitely one for the summer season. Ingredients: fermented chilli mash, onion, turmeric, vinegar, water, mustard, unrefined sugar, salt. Heat: it’s damn hot.
